Lake Elementaita Mountain Lodge is a luxury hospitality development comprising 50 suites, perched approximately 1,400 feet above Lake Elementaita, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Kenya’s Great Rift Valley. Designed in a contemporary African lodge style, the development blends seamlessly into its natural surroundings, offering panoramic views of the lake and surrounding landscape. The lodge features premium guest accommodation, an infinity pool and leisure amenities, creating an exclusive hospitality destination in one of Kenya’s most spectacular settings.

Arcadia at Greenpark is a modern convenience retail centre strategically located along Mombasa Road in Stoney Athi, approximately 30 kilometres from Nairobi. The centre was completed as an integral commercial component of the Greenpark Estate, designed to serve both the surrounding residential catchment and the significant passing traffic along the Nairobi–Mombasa highway. Arcadia combines everyday convenience shopping with a carefully selected mix of food and beverage, lifestyle retail and essential services. The tenant mix includes established brands such as Cleanshelf Supermarket, Artcaffé, Goodlife Pharmacy, Chicken Inn, Pizza Inn, Creamy Inn and Cake City, alongside complementary retail and service operators. Arcadia demonstrates the successful integration of commercial retail within a larger master-planned residential development, creating additional amenities for residents, strengthening the wider estate’s appeal and establishing a complementary commercial asset.

Shopping Golden Square is a modern, mid-market (Class B) regional shopping centre located in São Bernardo do Campo, within the Greater São Paulo metropolitan area of Brazil. The development comprises approximately 31,000 m² of gross lettable area (GLA), accommodating more than 160 retail units across a diverse mix of national and international retailers, restaurants, entertainment and leisure facilities.

The centre was designed to serve the growing middle-income consumer market, combining contemporary retail architecture with an attractive and accessible shopping environment. Its tenant mix includes leading fashion and lifestyle brands such as Zara, Riachuelo, Renner, Le Lis Blanc, Farm and Animale, complemented by Centauro, Fórmula and a Cinemark multiplex cinema. The combination of established retail anchors, fashion brands, food and beverage operators and entertainment facilities provides a comprehensive shopping and leisure destination, supporting strong footfall and repeat visitation.

Shopping Golden Square successfully opened in October 2013, and was subsequently forward sold to a Canadian pension fund, demonstrating the ability to develop, stabilise and institutionalise a modern retail asset within an emerging-market environment.

Shopping Bonsucesso is a modern, mid-market regional shopping centre located in Guarulhos, within the Greater São Paulo metropolitan area of Brazil. The centre comprises approximately 25,000 m² of gross lettable area (GLA), accommodating more than 160 retail units across a diverse mix of fashion, convenience retail, food and beverage, services and leisure facilities.

The property was acquired with 100% ownership as a retail investment and asset enhancement opportunity, with a strategy focused on expanding the centre, strengthening its tenant mix and improving its competitive positioning within the local retail market.

A comprehensive expansion and asset enhancement programme was undertaken, including the development of an additional 7,500 m² of retail space, creating opportunities to introduce larger-format retailers and broaden the overall retail offering. Further improvements included the expansion and repositioning of the food court, additional car parking facilities and enhancements to the customer experience, accessibility and overall functionality of the centre.

Letna Galleria was conceived as a major retail-led, mixed-use urban development in Prague 7, Czech Republic, comprising approximately 135,000 m² of commercial accommodation, with an estimated total construction budget of USD 200 million.

The development was designed to create a modern retail, business and hospitality destination within an established urban district of Prague, integrating complementary commercial uses within a comprehensive master-planned scheme.

The project incorporated approximately 40,000 m² of retail accommodation, forming the principal commercial component of the development. The retail offering was complemented by a 125-room, three-star hotel, modern office accommodation and extensive basement car parking facilities. The integration of these uses was intended to create a commercially sustainable destination, attracting shoppers, business occupiers, hotel guests and visitors throughout the day.

The development strategy focused on maximising the commercial potential of the site through an integrated approach to master planning, architectural design and development feasibility. Particular consideration was given to the relationship between the different uses, efficient pedestrian and vehicular circulation, servicing requirements and the creation of an attractive urban environment.

Parada Retail Malls was conceived as a portfolio of modern, convenience-led retail developments across the Czech Republic, with individual centres ranging from approximately 7,000 m² to 12,000 m², and an average construction budget of USD 5 million per development.

The development strategy focused on delivering accessible, well-located neighbourhood and community retail centres serving the everyday shopping needs of growing residential catchments. The concept was designed to capitalise on increasing consumer demand for modern, organised retail facilities outside traditional city-centre locations, particularly in regional towns and expanding suburban markets.

Each development was planned around a strong convenience retail offering, typically incorporating a supermarket anchor complemented by a carefully selected mix of supporting retailers and services. The intended tenant mix included household goods, fashion, pharmacy, personal services, food and beverage outlets and other complementary operators, creating convenient, multi-purpose shopping destinations.

A key element of the strategy was the development of a scalable and replicable retail model, enabling a consistent approach to site selection, master planning, construction specifications, tenant mix and development economics across multiple locations. This provided opportunities to achieve efficiencies in design, procurement and development management while maintaining the flexibility to adapt individual schemes to their respective markets.

Redevelopment and expansion of a landmark former banking building in one of Prague’s most prestigious commercial locations, delivering approximately 24,000 m² of Gross Lettable Area (GLA) and 150 parking spaces.

Situated at one of Prague’s most prominent intersections, the project involved the comprehensive refurbishment, repositioning and expansion of an existing banking property into a high-quality mixed-use commercial development.

The scheme integrated prime retail accommodation across the lower floors, capitalising on the exceptional visibility, pedestrian footfall and established retail character of Na Příkopě, one of Prague’s principal shopping streets. The upper floors were developed to provide modern, high-quality office accommodation, combining contemporary building specifications and efficient layouts with the architectural character of the existing structure.

Development of two Grade A office buildings comprising 13,000 m² of Gross Lettable Area (GLA).

Garden City Business Park forms part of the wider Garden City mixed-use development in Nairobi, one of Kenya’s landmark integrated urban developments, combining commercial, retail, residential and recreational uses within a master-planned environment.

The business park comprises two purpose-built Grade A office buildings, designed to meet the requirements of major corporate occupiers, with modern specifications, efficient floor plates, ample parking and supporting infrastructure.

The development successfully attracted prominent corporate tenants, including East African Breweries Limited (EABL) and CCI Kenya, demonstrating the strength of the location, quality of the office accommodation and its appeal to institutional-grade occupiers.

A 7,000 m² modern office fit-out developed to accommodate Guinness UDV’s European Call Centre within the prestigious West End Business Centre in Budapest.

Design coordination, procurement and delivery of a fast-track, phased office fit-out programme. The project incorporated extensive open-plan office accommodation, dedicated staff training facilities, meeting rooms, specialist communications infrastructure, and purpose-designed bar and entertainment areas reflecting Guinness UDV’s corporate identity and hospitality heritage.

A purpose-built, high-security headquarters and international broadcasting centre developed by ORCO Property Group in Prague’s Hagibor district. Completed in 2008 and officially opened in 2009, the five-storey development comprises approximately 22,000 m² of accommodation, designed by Cigler Marani Architects.

The building accommodates approximately 500 employees and incorporates modern office accommodation, broadcasting studios, multimedia production facilities, a central newsroom and specialist technical infrastructure. Designed to meet stringent international security requirements, the development combines advanced building protection systems with high-quality contemporary office environments.

Acted as the Client’s Representative, supporting the delivery of this complex, purpose-built facility and coordinating the client’s requirements with the developer and wider project team, with particular emphasis on design, technical specifications, security, programme and quality.

Luxury beachfront resort and condominium development comprising four 12-storey residential towers, delivered through a phased construction programme.

Marriott Surf Club is a landmark luxury beachfront resort development in Aruba, comprising four 12-storey residential towers within a master-planned resort environment. The development combines high-quality condominium accommodation with extensive leisure, recreational and hospitality amenities, designed to meet the standards and expectations of an internationally recognised hospitality brand.

The project was delivered through a carefully coordinated, multi-phase development programme, enabling the progressive completion and occupation of individual towers while subsequent phases remained under construction.

Strategic development advisory mandate for a proposed luxury Aman-branded resort.

Appointed to provide independent strategic development advice to the project investor on the proposed delivery of a high-end luxury resort in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The mandate focused on assessing the project’s commercial viability, development costs, design strategy and delivery approach, with particular emphasis on aligning the proposed development with the investor’s financial objectives and the operational requirements of an internationally recognised luxury hospitality brand.

The advisory role included a comprehensive review of the proposed development concept, design specifications, construction budget and implementation strategy. Particular attention was given to identifying opportunities for design optimisation, cost efficiencies and value engineering without compromising the quality, positioning or guest experience expected of a luxury resort.
